Please register online using the "Register Today" button, or use the PDF Registration Forms listed below. Students must use the PDF form to register for University West.

Attendee Lists  will be emailed to registered participants two weeks prior to the event in the "What to Know Before You Go" email. 

Dress Code  Business Casual attire is appropriate for all University West functions. Although it is August in Arizona, meeting rooms can be chilly, so a sweater is always advisable. Business Casual can be defined as:

  • For Men:  Casual Slacks no jackets or ties. Workplace attire
  • For Women: Casual Slacks, blouses, dresses. Workplace attire

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing on or before July 14, 2017 will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be made after July 14, 2017. Delegate registration can be transferred to a colleague within the same company free of charge at any time prior to the start of the conference.  To submit a cancellation or transfer, please email Beth Hanny at beth@aamga.org
