A: Yes, this event is open exclusively to AAMGA UFO members and their spouse/guest. If you’re not currently a UFO Member, no worries! Joining is easy and free for current AAMGA Members! Q: Is there an early registration rate available?
A: Yes! Be sure to submit your registration by August 31st to receive the Early Registration Rate! The standard registration rate will apply after August 31st.
Q: Should I attend the First-Time Attendee Reception?
A: The First-Time Attendee Reception is open exclusively to any first-time attendees. You’ll have a chance to meet the UFO Board of Directors, UFO Committee Liaisons, and Mentors!
Q: I’m arriving early and/or staying late. Are there activities you recommend?

Q: What airport do you recommend to get to the Hyatt Regency Toronto Hotel?
A: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is located just over 16 miles from the Hyatt Regency Toronto Hotel. Uber and taxis are available for hire. The Union Pearson Express runs every 15 minutes, and is a quick 25 minute train ride from the airport to Union Station downtown. From there, the Hyatt Regency Toronto is located a five minute cab ride (or 15 minute walk), making it easy to travel to and from the airport. Q: I’m already registered. Can I add a tour to my registration?
A: Absolutely! To add a tour registration, please complete the PDF registration form with your information and payment details so we can add the additional selected item. Q: Can I cancel my registration?
A: Yes, registrations can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for cancelled registrations will be available until August 31st. Cancellations received after August 31st are non-refundable. However, we offer a complimentary transfer to another associate within your company at any time. To cancel or transfer a registration, please contact Beth Hanny at email@example.com.
Q: What’s the dress code for the event?
- Wednesday’s First Time Attendee Reception: Business Casual – Collared shirts for the men. Slacks or Khakis acceptable. Jackets not required. No shorts, jeans, t-shirts or torn clothing.
- Thursday Education Session: Smart Casual – Collared shirts for the men. Shorts and Jeans acceptable. No t-shirts or torn clothing.

Q: I have a criminal record or DUI charge. Will that affect my ability to cross the border into Canada?

Q: What do I need to know about traveling internationally?
A: International Travel Checklist:
✔ Make sure your passport is up to date.
✔ Allow for extra time (a minimum 45 minutes to an hour is suggested) to get
✔ Keep in mind for your returning flight, to allocate enough layover time between legs.
✔ Canada uses Canadian currency. However, most metropolitan areas will accept
✔ Be sure to notify your bank and mobile device carrier of your travel plans to avoid fees.
✔ If you’re new to the UFO Annual Meeting, and are planning to attend the First Time
Attendee Reception, please make sure to arrive by 6:00 PM on Wednesday for a chance
to network with the UFO Board, Committee Liaisons, and Mentors.
