Under Forty Organization
| The AAMGA Under Forty Organization (UFO), as its name implies, affords young insurance professionals (under the age of 40), with an opportunity to network, learn and exchange ideas with one another. Recognizing the insurance market requires innovative and dedicated leaders, the AAMGA established the UFO in 1991 to focus special attention on this unique group of skilled practitioners. The UFO elects its own President and Vice Presidents for the Board of Directors, holds an annual meeting in September of each year, sponsors a reception open to all attendees at the AAMGA’s annual meeting in May, conducts special education and leadership training sessions. |

UFO 2011-2012 Goals and Objectives
- Promote the UFO to UFO members and entire AAMGA membership.
- Solicit AAMGA members for new UFO members.
- Work with Headquarters to help keep the UFO membership roster and contact information current.
- Work with Headquarters to regularly communicate with all current UFO members to share industry, association, and UFO news.
- Sponsor reception at AAMGA annual meeting.
- Work with AAMGA University and Education Committee to be sure UFO’s get targeted education opportunities.
- Work with Headquarters in planning the UFO annual meeting, conduct the annual election process and any international sessions as warranted.
- Write the quarterly UFO “visions” newsletter.
- Provide philanthropic events at the UFO and AAMGA annual meetings and explore other fundraising opportunities for Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Call For UFO Photos
Submit a photo from a past UFO event to be included in the photo contest: 20 Years of UFO Memories. Submitted photos will be displayed at the UFO 20th Annual Meeting from September 22-24, 2011, where meeting attendees will vote on their favorite photo. The winner will receive a $150 gift card.
