PCI has scheduled a conference call for Friday, September 17, 2010, starting at 2:00 p.m. eastern time. The intent of this call is to review recent issues and activities of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). We are finding that the department is much more actively engaged in the NAIC issues than before and that we want to be prepared for any state legislative and regulatory issues.

Deirdre Manna, PCI’s Vice President, will provide a briefing about NAIC’s issues for company representatives and the issues’ impact on our activities in New Jersey.
