Q: Who attends this event?

A: High level executives of AAMGA Members from all over the United States, London, and Canada attend this event. Check out our 2016 Annual Meeting Attendee list to see who went to last year’s meeting!

Q: Do I need to be an AAMGA Member to register as a Delegate for the AAMGA Annual Meeting?

A: Delegate registration is open exclusively to current members. If you’re interested in becoming a member of the AAMGA, please check out our Membership webpage for more information.

Q: Do I need to be an AAMGA Member to register as an Exhibitor for the AAMGA Annual Meeting Trade & Vendor Show?

A: No! Exhibitor Registration options are available for AAMGA Members as well as Non-Members for the AAMGA Trade & Vendor Show. If you’re interested in becoming a member of the AAMGA, please check out our Membership webpage for more information.

Q: Can I register a guest for the meeting?

A: Guest registration is available for the AAMGA Annual Meeting.

Q: Who qualifies for a Guest registration?

A: Guest registration is available for those attending without a focus to do business or participate in meetings. Guest registration is available to those attending the event with a registered delegate. For questions or additional information about this opportunity, please contact Martha Heinze at 610-992-0002.

Q: Is an early registration rate available?

A: Yes! Be sure to submit your registration by end of day on March 31, 2017 to receive the Early Registration Rate! The standard registration rate will apply after March 31st.

Q: What airport do you recommend to get to the Orlando World Center Marriott?

A: The Orlando International Airport has daily flights from locations around the world. The airport code is MCO.

Q: What is the dress code for the meeting?

The dress code for the event is Business Casual while some specific functions, such as the Gala, have a more specific dress code. The average high temperatures for Orlando in May are in the mid 80’s (30 degrees Celsius) during the day and high 60’s (20 degrees Celsius) in the evening.

Business Casual for Men: Casual slacks, no jackets or ties. Workplace attire.

Q: I’m already registered. Can I change my registration?

A: Absolutely! To edit an existing registration, please complete the PDF registration form with your updated registration information. If selecting an add-on item at an additional cost, be sure to include payment details so we can add the additional selected item. The completed form can be sent to Beth Hanny at beth@aamga.org. For questions or to check availability, please contact 610-992-0006.

Q: Can I cancel my registration?

A: Yes, registrations can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for cancelled registrations will be available through March 31st. Cancellations received after March 31st are non-refundable. However, we offer a complimentary transfer to another associate within your company at any time. To cancel or transfer a registration, please contact Beth Hanny at beth@aamga.org or 610-992-0022.

Q: I’m registered as an exhibitor. What can I attend?

A: Exhibitor registration includes access to the Trade Show and Agents & Brokers Lounge. Exhibitors have access on Monday, May 23rd and Tuesday, May 24th. Registered exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Opening Reception which will be held on Sunday, May 21st.
